Mississippi Small Business Development Center serves as an important resource for local business operators and entrepreneurs

The Mississippi Small Business Development Center (MSSBDC) is among the Small Business Development Centers and many local, regional, and state economic business development professions, who are ready to assist you in your efforts to start and operate a business enterprise.

Donnie Caughman, SCDF Executive Director, recently had the opportunity to speak with Heather Emory, the MSSBDC Counselor for our area.  Ms. Emory is working from the Co-Lin Wesson Campus, and she shared the following information:

The SBDC website is www.mssbdc.org. Any potential client should go to the website; at the top will be a red banner that says, “Register for Counseling.”  Click the link and follow the prompts.  At that point they will be in our system and assigned to me.  They will receive a phone call from me within 3 business days.”
